WebPitch.io Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the WebPitch.io platform, including subscriptions, one-off deck licenses, and client portals.

1. Accounts & access. You must keep credentials secure. Admins manage client access and are responsible for client activity.
2. Subscriptions. Recurring plans renew unless cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund prior charges.
3. One-off licenses. One-off purchases grant a 12-month license for the selected theme and associated decks.
4. Access duration. Decks remain visible while your contract is active. After contract expiration, a 6-month grace period applies; after that, login and deck viewing are disabled until renewal. Data is retained but not accessible without an active contract.
5. Acceptable use. No unlawful, harmful, or infringing use. No attempts to bypass security or share protected content without authorization.
6. Content. You own your content. You grant OwlCTO the rights needed to operate the service and deliver support.
7. Privacy & data. Handled per our Privacy Policy and DPA. You are the controller for end-user personal data you ingest.
8. Analytics. Analytics collection respects consent choices. Deep analytics are available to subscribers.
9. Security. We use industry-standard measures; see the Security page. You must promptly notify us of suspected incidents.
10. Termination. We may suspend or terminate for material breaches or security risks. You may terminate via account settings.
11. Liability. Service provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law; indirect and consequential damages are disclaimed.
12. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated.
