Packages refund terms
Our goal is to deliver premium, web-native decks with clarity around refunds. This policy applies to all WebPitch.io subscription packages and any add-on custom theme work.

30-day money-back guarantee
Subscription packages (e.g., Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise) include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial subscription term, you may request a refund of subscription fees paid during that period, subject to the custom theme fee described below.
Custom theme fee (non-refundable)
If a custom theme is commissioned for you, a $500 design/production fee applies. This fee becomes non-refundable once custom theme work has begun (research, design, or build). The fee is due even if you cancel within the 30-day refund window. For example, on a 6-month plan at $199/mo, cancelling within 30 days still requires payment of the $500 custom theme fee if theme work started.
What is refundable
Refunds cover subscription charges already paid during the initial 30 days, minus any non-refundable custom theme fee. Add-on services or third-party costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Requesting a refund
To request a refund, email billing@webpitch.io with your account email, client ID (if applicable), and the reason for cancellation. We may request confirmation that custom theme work has or has not begun. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
Billing cycles and renewals
After the initial 30-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable for the committed term. If you are on a term plan, canceling early does not waive remaining term fees unless agreed in writing.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. The version in effect at the time of your purchase or renewal governs your transaction unless otherwise required by law.
